Hi my name is Rachel Anastasi and I am the founder of Free to Be Me Life Coaching. I have put this website together to empower other coaches to achieve the same incredible results I have had in your coaching businesses. Three months after completing my coaching studies I was running a full time coaching practice with 30 paying clients.
I have worked with numerous individuals and organisations such as the TAC, Sacred Heart Mission and The Coaching Institute and I also write for ANZIC and Empower Magazine. After one year of successfully running my business and assisting people to transform their lives I bought a campervan and ran my coaching business while traveling around Australia with my partner.
I have a life that I love to live. I wake up to do something that I am extremely passionate about and make a difference to hundreds of people every day. I earn a great income, which allows me to contribute a large percentage of my wage to charity and volunteer my time to different non profit organisations. I had managed all of this before my 25th birthday.

BEING A PERSON OF INTEGRITY
As a coach you must always take one hundred per cent responsibility for the results that you are getting and those that you are not getting. Then you must hold your clients accountable to do the same in their lives. Honoring your word, having a deep respect for your word is truly living with integrity.
Doing what you said that you would do, by when you said you would do it and when you don’t, clean it up, make new commitments and keep them.
Ask yourself;
What do I know to do?
What am I saying I will do?
What do others expect me to do even though I haven’t said I would do it?
What do I have to do to do this as it was meant to be done?
Integrity is also about maintaining an empowering context for your life, living in a space of what is possible. If you are serious about inspiring people to utilise your services as a coach you have to realize that you are selling yourself. You must always be transforming yourself and your life to create a space for your clients to have the results that they want inside of being coached by you. Always be generous!! Give prospects heaps of free stuff!! At networking events be very generous in your communication. Have everything you say be something of value. When you are sharing with people come from a place of contribution. What can I say that will make a difference here? This will have you connect with people even more.
Your goal is to establish two key elements in terms of connection:
• Trust: It is important that people know, like and trust you and when you are presenting and coaching your clients ought to feel like they know you and can count on you
• Responsiveness: From the get go you need to be creating an environment, and a state in your clients, whereby they respond to suggestion that you give. Even in conversation, ask questions and get curious, this makes it easy for them to move forward in a relationship with you and then to take on what you say as coach to get results.

BEING COURAGEOUS
Feel the fear and do it anyway. Uncertainty + Action = COURAGE
The more uncertainty you can handle the higher level of results you will get. You must find certainty within yourself so that even when you are embracing new and unfamiliar things you are courageous in knowing that you can do it.
Whenever I am asked to do something that scares me a little I know that I am taking my coaching and my business to the next level, so I say yes every time. This is how I got great results so quickly. Sometimes people will do more to avoid feeling pain than they will to feel pleasure. Remember that often times the pain is inside of your comfort zone and when you venture out you will be rewarded.
The alchemist by Paulo Coelho is an amazing story of a boy who learnt to follow his heart. Often times he had to ignore his heart as it told him not to go for his dreams, you see, his heart did not want to be broken so it screamed louder to stop the more important something was to the boy. Think about this, what is most important to you in life?
Part of being courageous is establishing yourself as a speaker. Using coaching to fulfill on and live on purpose is wonderful. To take it to the next level, be a speaker who shares possibility with many people at once. This is when you are leveraging your time and knowledge and also gaining credibility.
When you are presenting, assume your audience has NO IDEA who you are. First you must confirm your position as expert. The key here is your credibility statement. Why on earth should these people bother to listen to you? Once you have an answer to this question, you just need to reveal this information to them in a powerful way. This is also a key element to choosing your niche market and positioning yourself as the expert in that field.
• What is your story?
• What knowledge do you already have from the past that you could leverage?
• What specific results have you achieved that prove your credibility?
In coaching and speaking, it is vital to get permission. Think about it. If a friend asks you “can I talk to you about something?” What do you usually say and do? Most of us say “sure”, and then sit down with the friend and give them our undivided attention.
The same goes when you are coaching or speaking. If you ask permission, your audience will unconsciously respond like a friend, and sit up and take notice. Get your clients in an agreement frame by asking questions that they are likely to respond yes to.
If I know that at the end of a complimentary coaching session I will be asking if my client wants to continue on a paid basis, I will get their permission before the session to make them this offer. Before the complimentary coaching session I will say, ‘After this session if you have gotten value from our session today then is it ok if I ask you whether or not you would like to move forward in a coaching relationship with me?’ That way I have their permission to invite action from the beginning and my client is considering whether or not they will continue on a paid basis during the session.
This takes courage, however when you truly back yourself and believe in your product it is easy to play at this level. Your certainty needs to outweigh your clients doubt.

As a coach you must give up the interpretation “there is something wrong here”
You are already perfect, whole and complete just the way that you are and just the way that you are not. To empower your clients to have 100% love and acceptance for themselves, you must have that for yourself too!
What is one thing that you would do for yourself today if you were loving and accepting yourself 100% right now?
If acceptance and love are the same thing, what would life be like if you gave yourself unconditional love right now? What would you like to accept about yourself that you have been resisting?
There is nowhere to get, be committed not attached and create possibilities, not expectations
Reconnect with who you really are and choose a mindset that serves and nurtures you right now. Remember that you are in charge of who you are being and of your mindset! Your thoughts create your reality!! Create problems that are worthy of your life and ask yourself quality questions!! Teach your clients to do the same.

BEING UNSTOPPABLE
As a coach you will hear many no’s and it is important to remember that there is no failure only feedback. Remember that every situation is an opportunity for learning and growth. Be unstoppable in spreading your message and living on purpose and remember that coaching is only one tool that you have available to you.
Remember you are also a speaker, a trainer and a facilitator!! To get your message out to even more people you will need to be unstoppable and unreasonable and ask this of other people too.
It is going to take something for most people to take you on as their coach. Whether they need to break through personal circumstances or their own fear, hiring a coach can be a stretch for some people. To assist people to make the choice sometimes you will have to tap into their needs and wants in life.
Once you have engaged with your purpose and chosen a niche market it is important to figure out what the needs of your niche market actually are. What is it that they are most challenged by right now?
When you create your products have this in mind so that the service that you offer fills that need. In conversations with prospective clients establish a need for change. By creating tension between where they are now and where they want to be.
With every service or product that you provide your niche it will unveil the need for your next service or product. It would be negligent not to have a support structure for your clients so that they can continue to utilise you as they grow. Coaching is a great tool and sometimes people need a little push to take themselves on, so to speak and hire a coach.
Once again there are two ways to make this work.
1. Pain motivated: Using this strategy you identify your audience’s pain, aggravate it, rub some salt in the wound, and then demonstrate how your product will take their pain away.
2. Inspiration motivated: Using this strategy you paint a bright, inspiring vision of the future, and point out all of the wonderful things that would be possible for them in this new future. You then demonstrate how far from this “ideal” they are currently.

BEING POWERFUL
Being powerful is about choosing your state. It is about living a life free from the stories or meanings by remembering that reality is only measurable in time and space. It is not the events that shape us it is the meaning that we attach to those events
It is about being straight in your communication and then taking what you get. Language creates your existence, choose your language carefully. Your listening of yourself and others will create your experience.
When you are designing your products and your marketing material think about the words that you choose to present what you do. How do you want to come across to your prospective clients? What do you want them to feel while you are speaking and how can you create that through language?
People perceive value when what they get outweighs what they had to invest. When you are creating your products think about what your clients need and want and then add value at the price pint that you have chosen. What else can you add to provide even more value?
Things to think about when designing your products:
• Who is your niche market and what is it they want from you?
• What price point is reasonable based on what you know of your niche market?
• What bonuses could you add to build the value to an extreme level? Always be thinking about bonuses which are high perceived value to the customer, but low cost for you to deliver. I endeavor to come up with enough good quality bonuses that the value of the bonuses exceeds the value of the actual product.
• Could you make a two-tiered product offering, perhaps a basic version of your pack and a deluxe version with an extra special bonus or two? Now your niche should not be thinking “do I buy or not?”, they should be thinking “which package do I buy?”
When talking about your products BE POWERFUL, DON’T WIMP OUT!! Your delivery must be punchy and roll off the tongue with confidence and certainty. Don’t apologise! You must invite people to buy. I like to use “embedded commands” in this step. An embedded command is a three step command where the first two steps tell you how to do it, and the last step tells you what to do.
